What is a Sorc? :
A Sorc is a Sorcerer(Male)/Sorceress(Female).
They specialize in AOE spells, (which is good for partying) as well as have high damage single target spells (but they have quite a cooldown and require a lot of mana, most sorcs turn to partying after level 50. Unlike Monks.)
They're the best solo class for level's 1-50.

There are 2 Different builds/paths to go.
Mage -> Wiz -> Sorc (Full)
Mage -> Cleric -> Sorc (Hybrid)

Questions & Answers

Q) Why should I become a hybrid Sorc?
A)Hybrid Sorcs are better in the long run, they will have buffs and passives that full Sorcs will not be able to obtain. BUT the only downfall is leveling slower than a pure Sorc from levels 20-40.

Q) Will I miss out on Wizard skills if I do the hybrid Sorc and become a Cleric instead of a Wizard?
A) No you will not. Due to the fact that you will gain all spells you've missed as a Wizard when you become a Sorc.

Q) Will I be stuck with a level 5 fireball when i become a Sorc if i go hybrid?
A) No you will not. Because Wizard's can max their fireball up to level 10 before becoming a Sorc. After becoming a Sorc your fireball will catch up to a full Sorc's fireball. (Same goes for all other spells.)

Max Fireball *Nuke* - Your only nuke spell from level 1-40
Max Intelligence *Buff* - Increases Int (Magic Attack)
Max Wisdom (Optional) *Buff* - Increases Wisdom (Mp Regen, Mp, & Magic Defense)
Max Spell Barrier (Optional) *Passive Buff* - Increases your chances of your nukes hitting for full damage & decreases your nukes from hitting for half damage

Continue To Max Fireball *Nuke* - Your only nuke spell from level 1-40
Continue To Max Intelligence *Buff* - Increases Int (Magic Attack)
Continue To Max Spell Barrier (Optional) *Passive Buff* - Increases your chances of your nukes hitting for full damage & decreases your nukes from hitting for half damage
Max Wizardly *Buff* - Increases Magic Attack
Max Spellcraft *Passive Buff* - Increases Magic Attack %
Max Bloodstream (Optional but i definately recommend it) *Usefull Spell* - Turns your HP into MP. VERY VERY USEFUL. Will save you tons of money.

Continue To Max Fireball *Nuke* - Your only nuke spell from level 1-40
Continue To Max Intelligence *Buff* - Increase Int (Magic Attack)
Continue To Max Wizardly *Buff* - Increases Magic Attack
Continue To Max Spellcraft *Passive Buff* - Increases Magic Attack %
Continue To Max Bloodstream (Optional but i definately recommend it) *Usefull Spell* - Turns your HP into MP. VERY VERY USEFUL. Will save you tons of money.
Max Blizzard *Aoe* - Freezing Aoe
Max FireBlast *Aoe* - Damage Over Time (DOT) Aoe
Lightning Stun *Nuke* - Your secondary nuke (Has a chance of stun, good for bossing and pvping)

If you want an easier time at pvping or bossing i would recommend -
Max Envenom *DOT & Slow Nuke* - Slows your target's movement & has a pretty high chance of Damage Over Time (DOT)
(You may also leave it at level 1, still pretty good at slowing bosses movement and max the spell below.)

If you want to spend less money on potions i would recommend -
(Save money and time)
Max Mana Control *Passive* - Increases your MP regen. (You can start adding this skill at level 1)

You cant max both, you won't have enough skill points.

Max Shield *Buff* - Increases your defense by %
Max Bless Heart [/font](Optional) *Buff* - Increases your hp regen
Level 1 Holy Barrier *Active Buff?* - Take no damage for 3.2 seconds (Good for Pvp)
Continue To Max Wisdom (Optional) *Buff* - Increases Wisdom (Mp Regen, Mp, & Magic Defense)

Everything I am listing is not mandatory for you to be using.
WEAPONS -

I would recommend you using One Handed Wands, Arcwand & Holyove only will just be fine. The other wands aren't necessary but if you have the cash feel free to buy them.


Armors-
Level 1-20: Feel free to use anything
Level 20-30: Full Wise Shaman's Set (Including Level 24 2-Handed Staff) OR Level 20 Compounded Set (Maximum Of 6 Int Per Piece. Armor, Shoes, Gloves)
Level 30-40: A set from above OR Level 30 Compounded Set (Maximum Of 6 Int Per Piece. Armor, Shoes, Gloves)
Level 40-50: Level 40 OR 45 Compounded Set (Maximum Of 12 Int Per Piece. Armor, Shoes, Gloves)
Level 50-60: A set from above OR Level 55 Compounded Set (Maximum Of 18 Int Per Piece. Armor, Shoes, Gloves)
Level 60-65: Level 55 set from above OR Level 60 Compounded Set (Maximum Of 18 Int Per Piece. Armor, Shoes, Gloves)

~I recommend using Compounded Armor Sets because it gives more int(Magic Attack) than rare sets, which means more damage. As well asbeing able to upgrade all 3 pieces easily. Rare sets include a BLUE rarity armor, which requires 900 gems to have a chance of upgrading.

UPGRADING -
~ I recommend upgrading armors after level 40, but it's not required.
Opal (Vit) = Hp, Hp Regen, Defense
Aquamarine (Int) = Magic Attack
Durelin (Defense) = A lot Higher Defense than Opals give
Heart Stone (Hp) = A lot Higher Hp than Opals give
~Use stacks of 100 gems for higher chance of maximum stats
~Gems may fail, and may give only +1 stat, you will not lose your armor though

Armors -
Armor (PVM) - Durelin (Defense) Maximum of 25 Def (White Or Green Rarity)
Armor (PVP) - Opal (Defense) Maximum of 25 Vit Or Heart Stone (Hp) Maximum of 500 Hp (White Or Green Rarity)
Gloves - Aquamarine (Int) Maximum of 25 Int (White Or Green Rarity)
Shoes - Opal (Vit) Maximum of 25 Vit (White Or Green Rarity)

Weapons -
~Weapons you use, are most likely Blue or Red rarity. Which will require 900 Moonstones. So I don't really recommend it until the level 51/56 or higher staves
Staff - Moonstones (Magic Atk) Maximum of 25 Magic Atk (White Or Green Rarity)
Staff - Moon Stones (Magic Atk) Maximum of 35 Magic Atk (Blue Or Red Rarity)

Accessories -
Necklace - Heart Stones (Hp) Maximum of 500 Hp (White Or Green Rarity)
Earrings - Mind Stones( Mp Regen) Maximum of 15 Mp Regen (White Or Green Rarity)
Rings - Stone Of Life (Hp Regen) Maximum of 15 Hp Regen (White Or Green Rarity)

(REMEMBER UPGRADING IS NOT REQUIRED)
